BI & Data Analyst Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BI & Data Analyst Senior Specialist to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You will design and develop business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, reporting tools, and business processes.

A BI & Data Analyst Senior Specialist is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights to guide business strategies. They work closely with various teams to understand their data needs, design reports, create dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. This role bridges the gap between data and business goals, enabling informed decision-making.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
• Develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics as needed.
• Document processes, methodologies, and data models for transparency and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
• Provide training and support to team members on BI tools and data usage.

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
